Tras conocer la noticia de que un francotirador planeaba asesinar al presidente Pedro Sánchez como represalia por querer exhumar a Francisco Franco, muchos criticaron el doble rasero que tiene la justicia y los medios, según quién sea el agresor. Incluso Carles Puigdemont opinaba que, si el francotirador hubiera sido independentista, el caso se trataría con mucha más dureza.
No se equivocaban. Los periodistas Eduardo Inda y Federico Jiménez Losantos no se tomaron el intento de magnicidio con mucha gravedad, e incluso se burlaron de la noticia.
Escuchaban la noticia por primera vez, y no podían dejar de reír. «¿Iba a ir Sánchez a Terrassa?» se preguntaba Losantos, intentando quitar credibilidad a la noticia, «lo que dicen los Mossos no me creo nunca nada«. Un tertuliano preguntaba si el tirador tenía armas, a lo que Losantos ironizaba «sí, un tirachinas«. Inda tampoco se creía la noticia y la comparaba con una trama de la serie House of Cards: «eso es una broma» decía.
Losantos fue el que dijo que dispararía a Podemos. Se ríe y se mofa de que un francotirador quería atentar contra el presidente. Solidaridad entre terroristas.
