Pablo Casado solicita a Pedro Sánchez que estudie, con la actual ley de partidos que ya ilegalizó a Batasuna, que estudie ilegalizar los partidos independentistas que no condenen la violencia. Pide que desde el Gobierno, se exija a las formaciones catalanas a condenar la violencia de los ultimos días, o, si no, puedan ser ilegalizados.
Según Casado, la situación en Cataluña es insostenible. Asegura que los líderes políticos no dejan a los Mossos d’Esquadra «afrontar los desafíos de la seguridad ciudadana y el Parlament está rehén de grupos que ya no defienden la democracia y la oposición está acallada por un Gobierno cada vez más totalitario».
Además de que Sánchez estudie ilegalizar los partidos independentistas –ERC, PDeCAT y CUP– plantea la opción de quitarles la financiación pública, multar a funcionarios que lleven lazos amarillos y prohibir que Quim Torra, acudiera con uno a la Moncloa, recuperar el delito de referéndum ilegal y cerrar las «embajadas catalanas».
Ha vuelto a solicitar que se aplique el 155, para «el tiempo que haga falta», y que se convoquen elecciones. «Cataluña está descontrolada. España no puede estar chantajeada por los independentistas. Este Gobierno, si tiene dignidad, debe convocar elecciones»
